  • $4,000 for four days and three nights with arrival on Thursday, May 4, and departure on Sunday, May 7 (additional days may be available upon request)
  • rental agreement required
  • $1,000 refundable damage deposit required and is due at time of signing of the rental agreement
  • non-refundable deposit of $2,000 is also due at time of signing of the rental agreement
  • balance of $2,000 is due by April 15
  • no smoking, no pets, and no house parties
