3185 Lexington, Crescent Hill

3185 Lexington Road is an English Tudor home built in 1923 .It sits on four acres in a very popular and conveniently located part of Louisville. It is perfect for Derby entertaining.

The price for three days  (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night of Derby week) is $16,500.

There are five bedrooms in the main house: three with king beds, one with a queen, and one with a double pullout couch bed. All five bedrooms have full bathrooms with baths and showers. There is also a half bath.

Additionally, there is a two-story pool house apartment with small kitchen, patio, bathroom, laundry, and large bedroom with a queen bed and a double bed.

There are several large patio spaces and an in-ground backyard pool and marble dust bocce-ball court. There is large gas grill, a Green Egg, and a large screened-in porch. There is a Universal workout system and cardio machines in the basement.

The architect who designed this home imitated a manor house in English countryside of the Cottswalds. In the mid 1990s, the home hosted the Bellarmine Showcase Tour.
In the last few years, the current owner, Jeff Underhill, oversaw extensive renovations and updates.

There are flat screen televisions in the den, master bedroom, billiards room, workout room, and on the porch. The driveway is large with ample parking. The kitchen bar has seating for four stools and a breakfast table with seating for four as well. The dining room table has seating for 10. Patio tables can seat 12 for dining.

This location is conveniently located near popular Frankfort Avenue restaurants and shops. It is 2 miles from Bowman Field Airport, and in close proximity to  parks and Bardstown Road. Drive time to Downtown, Louisville International Aiport, and Churchill Downs ranges 10 to 25 minutes.
