This charming 1960s updated ranch-style home is in a private, quiet, and safe neighborhood with mature trees and a rolling landscape. This property features 36,000 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a dining room, a large sun room, a family (viewing) room, a living room, a lower-level sitting room/bedroom, and a renovated kitchen with high-end Dacor appliances. The property sleeps 8 to 10 guests.

The home is located in an upscale area of Louisville, convenient yet tucked away and private. It is four miles to the St. Matthews’s restaurant and bar district, two miles to the expressway and freeway, 13 miles to Churchill Downs, and 12 miles to the airport. The owners have been frequent Derby goers and can advise you of your every need.

Home features:

  • master bedroom has a king-size bed and adjoining bathroom with double sink and shower/tub combination
  • second bedroom has a queen bed with comfortable memory foam mattress
  • third bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request
  • fourth bedroom is currently used as an office but can be converted to a queen with an EZ Bed
  • private room and bath on lower level has a futon that converts for sleeping, or the futon can be replaced with a queen “EZ” bed
  • a baby crib is available
  • all bedrooms including the lower-level room have available closet space
  • four of the five sleeping areas have flat screen TVs
  • there is an additional TV in the kitchen and a 65-inch internet TV in the family room
  • Dish Network and WiFi are available in all areas, as well as Apple TV and Amazon Prime Video
  • there is garage access and additional parking available
  • a newspaper with all the Derby news will be delivered daily
